Associate - Talent AcquisitionAbu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 10/24/2023· Support in the execution of the talent acquisition policy, procedures and strategy in line with organization's manpower strategy, objectives and future growth plans.· Partner with line managers and business leaders to fulfill their quarterly and annual staffing needs as per the approved manpower plan and budget for the financial year.· Work closely with hiring managers to adequately understand the requirements and expectations of the positions, create job requisitions and discuss and establish a specific plan of action to meet recruitment objectives.· Network with, and access the pool of top candidates through various sourcing outlets like social media, professional associations, job boards, professional networking sites, job fairs, university campuses, etc.· Utilize appropriate recruitment and selection methods including psychometric tests, aptitude tests, personality profiling, competency-based interviews, etc. to select the most suitable candidates for the given positions.· Support in the administration of the entire recruitment and selection process from initial screening to facilitating all rounds of interviews, collating and analyzing feedback and assessments and negotiation with selected candidates.· Support in providing a highly engaging and positive experience to candidates through all recruitment and selection touch points ensuring effective communication and support from the first interaction point till on-boarding and assimilation stage.· Create strong talent pipelines for our company's current and future hiring needs.· Participate in organizing and implementing recruitment campaigns, events and job fairs at various locations with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities.· Keep abreast with latest industry trends, competitor practices, and recruitment standards.· Complete all pre-screening and post-screening formalities including background verification, reference checks, etc. documenting all paperwork in line with the HR policies and guidelines.· Facilitate a smooth on-boarding process for new employees.· Contribute to talent acquisition process improvement through innovative and cost-effective ideas and suggestions.· Prepare and generate weekly report.Requirements· Minimum: 5+ years of professional recruiting experience in a similar industry.· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field or equivalent.· Professional certification in Recruitment and Selection from a recognized body.· Planning and organizing skills.· In-depth knowledge of recruitment and selection tools and methods.· Building and managing relations.· Project management skills.· Customer / Client focus.· Creativity and innovation.· Communicating and influencing skills.· Negotiation skills.
