You Must Have - Experience: Minimum of 4 years in non-technical recruitment roles. - Process Orientation: Demonstrated process-oriented mindset with a proven track record in recruiting. - Creative Skills: Ability to innovate and think creatively in recruiting endeavors. - Interpersonal Management: Excellent interpersonal skills with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. - Language Proficiency: Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
