We are specifically seeking candidates with relevant experience in Dubai's real estate and management experience. The ideal candidate must possess a proven track record in real estate sales, exhibit strong leadership and communication capabilities, and demonstrate the ability to formulate and implement sales strategies that result in target achievement. The Head of Sales will be entrusted with the responsibility of propelling sales, expanding the customer base, and leading a high-achieving sales team to success.Key Responsibilities:Development of Sales Strategies: Formulate, present, and execute strategic plans aimed at reaching sales targets, broadening the customer base, and uncovering fresh business prospects within the real estate market.Leadership: Guide, educate, and mentor the sales team, driving them to surpass sales objectives while fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.Nurturing Customer Relationships: Cultivate enduring, robust relationships with customers, investors, and business partners.Achievement of Sales Targets: Operate within a sales environment driven by objectives, maximizing sales opportunities, and consistently surpassing sales targets.Sourcing Potential Prospects: Identify potential investors and buyers and establish and sustain strong, cooperative associations with them.Recruitment of Agents: Recruit and oversee local real estate brokers as agents, empowering them to promote and sell off-plan and ready properties.Sales Planning: Develop monthly sales targets and ensure their successful realization within predetermined time frames.Customer Presentations: Deliver persuasive presentations to prospective customers on various real estate projects, showcasing a profound understanding of the market.Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and oversee resources, such as portal credits in Bayut and Property Finder, ensuring successful execution and maximizing returns.Performance Metrics: Continually set and meet financial, awareness, and relationship targets.Annual Objectives: Accomplish annual sales goals, conduct market research to grasp customer trends, and deliver comprehensive training and growth opportunities for the sales team.Qualifications and Skills:A minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the real estate industry.A minimum of 3 years of management experience.Demonstrated success in achieving real estate sales targets.Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Dedication, motivation, and a results-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.Ability to develop, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.Thorough knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
