In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-powered applications, focusing on integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and cloud services into scalable solutions. Additionally, you will play a critical role in business development, helping drive customer acquisition, fostering client relationships, and supporting the growth of our business across international markets. Key Responsibilities:Application Architecture: Design, maintain, and extend scalable application architectures using modern frameworks and cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.AI and LLM Integration: Lead the development and integration of AI models, including LLMs, into web applications, enhancing product capabilities and driving intelligent business solutions.Full-Stack Development: Develop robust full-stack applications using technologies like React, Flask, Django, and Node.js, ensuring seamless back-end and front-end integration.Prototype and Proof of Concept Development: Create proof of concept solutions to help clients validate new ideas and assess the technical feasibility of innovative products and services.Business Development & Customer Acquisition: Actively engage in business development activities, identifying and acquiring new clients, fostering relationships, and expanding ISIR.AI's reach in key markets. Lead client pitches, demonstrate technical solutions, and craft proposals that align with client needs.Sales Support: Collaborate with the Growth and Sales teams to craft digital solutions that meet client requirements. Participate in the pitch process, presenting technical expertise to win new business.Client Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with domestic and international clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and aligning technical solutions with business needs.Technology Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and identify opportunities to integrate new solutions into our offerings to meet client and business needs.Technical Leadership & Best Practices: Lead design and code reviews, define best practices for building, testing, and deploying applications, and mentor junior developers.Global Collaboration: Work with teams across the globe to ensure consistency, collaboration, and alignment on projects, particularly those involving international clients and global deployments.Data Analytics and Dashboarding: Lead the development and integration of data analytics solutions and custom dashboards to provide insights into business performance, leveraging tools like Power BI, Tableau, or custom frameworks.Analytics Solutioning: Design and implement end-to-end data analytics solutions, integrating with AI models and business intelligence tools to transform raw data into actionable insights.Data-Driven Decision-Making: Collaborate with clients to identify key metrics and develop interactive dashboards that offer real-time data visualization and reporting.Custom Analytics Platforms: Architect custom platforms for data aggregation, visualization, and real-time monitoring, tailored to specific client requirements.
