Print Marketing Executive - Galway City My client is a well-known big box retailer with an online business and stores across Ireland and the UK. They are recruiting a Marketing Executive to join their busy head office team in Galway City (1 day work from home) A vital part of the marketing team, this role is very much focused on print marketing for their catalogue; overseeing the photography, photoshoots, design, approval and distribution of these catalogues to stores and homes nationwide. You will closely with the buying team, suppliers and design agency. Package: Salary is up to €40k but negotiable depending on experience, hybrid, bonus, pension, store discount. Responsibilities for the job of Retail Marketing Executive - Print Leading the project team for the print run of our catalogue 300+ pages for a key period of March to August each year. Managing three other members of the catalogue team and their workload and deadlines. Working with the buying team, suppliers, design company & Head of Marketing on the briefing, supply and approval of all artwork. Meeting key deadlines for each catalogue category and the overall deadline. Organising and managing catalogue photoshoots. Managing catalogue distribution via printers, mailing houses, logistics for UK & Ireland, meeting deadlines etc. Maintaining tone of voice, look and feel for all elements of the marketing mix, working on key events/promotions throughout the year.
