Crescent Steel and Allied Products Limited is a multi business organization spread over six campuses with over 700 employees. We are currently inviting applications from dynamic individuals whose values align with ours for the position ofSenior Officer Marketing and Sales .The position is responsible to optimize the operational and administrative functions of the marketing and sales department, ensuring efficient execution and strategic alignment with organizational goals. Standard (not exhaustive) requirements of the position are listed below:

Job Description:

Identify and generate new business leads through client visits, participation in exhibitions/events, cold calling, and other strategies.

Arrange and conduct client visits to the factory.

Prepare reports for the management including monthly marketing and sales report, invoice status report, dispatch status report, etc.

Optimally use modern database management tools like BI to the benefit of M&S.

Perform secondary research to gather and analyze data for identifying potential business opportunities.

Prepare quotations, sales orders, pre bid and post bid comments, bid bonds, performance bond guarantees and perform all operational tasks related to tender submission.

Maintain communication with customers regarding current and upcoming projects, resolve issues, and address any concerns.

Prepare and submit claims as needed; resolve disputes and litigations effectively.

Oversee internal and external audits to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Manage order processing through ERP systems.

Maintain complete documentation of marketing and sales department including updated client profiles, ongoing, completed and rejected projects, etc.

Follow up with debtors to ensure timely receipt of outstanding payments.

Implement API/QHSE procedures and ensure product/process quality.
