Location: São Paulo Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Minimum 2 days a week in the office) Travel Requirements: Occasional travel to other sites may be required About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Senior HRIS Workday Analyst to play a pivotal role in enhancing and optimizing our Workday system. You will work closely with HR and other business stakeholders to configure, maintain, and improve the system while ensuring a seamless user experience. Your expertise will contribute to driving efficiency in HR processes and supporting key business initiatives. Key Responsibilities: System Administration:

  • Administer and configure Workday business processes, security, reports, dashboards, and data processing.
  • Oversee system upgrades, performance management cycles, and merit increase processes.
  • Maintain integrations and support system releases to ensure smooth functionality.
Partnership & Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to understand their needs, prioritize requirements, and leverage Workday capabilities for optimized efficiency.
  • Identify system improvements and lead the implementation of solutions to enhance functionality and user satisfaction.
Customization & Development:
  • Evaluate Workday system functionality, research and recommend enhancements, and lead configuration, testing, and documentation of customizations.
  • Ensure solutions meet business needs and align with company goals.
Data Management:
  • Maintain data integrity and accuracy by leading data audits and managing data migration activities.
  • Troubleshoot data-related issues and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
User Support:
  • Act as a Workday subject matter expert, providing user training and support.
  • Resolve complex issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure smooth utilization of Workday functionalities.
Reporting & Analytics:
  • Configure and maintain reports and dashboards to meet evolving business and HR reporting needs.
  • Drive actionable insights from HR data and present findings to support decision-making.
Change Management:
  • Support the analysis of Workday future releases and shape the system roadmap.
  • Lead change management efforts related to system updates and improvements, promoting user adoption.
Required Skills and Competencies:
  • Proven experience in Workday configuration, administration, and support across modules such as Core HCM, Absence, Time-off, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, and Advanced Compensation.
  • Strong ability to manage and optimize Workday business processes, security configurations, and reporting.
  • Expertise in HRIS, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office, with a focus on streamlining HR processes.
  • Proficient in creating custom objects, calculated fields, and managing Workday integrations (especially Payroll).
  • Workday Pro accreditation or certification preferred.

  • Process Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations, ensuring the highest level of efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience with Workday.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and verbal).
