Sales Executive (Career Growth Opportunity) Are you an ambitious sales professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for driving business growth and developing their sales expertise, particularly within the Irish hospitality sector. Youll work closely with our Managing Director and play a key role in expanding our client base, managing tender processes, and meeting sales targets. Location:Dublin 4 Salary:€40,000 per annum Hours:40 hours per week Annual Leave: 20 days Key Responsibilities: Lead Management: Generate new leads through effective verbal and written communication, converting opportunities into new business. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, growth areas, and trends within the hospitality and catering sector. Tender Management: Prepare, complete, and submit clear and engaging tender documents. Maintain an efficient bid management process and tender library. Client Interaction: Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry networking events. Build and manage a client database while fostering strong relationships. Sales Materials: Continuously improve sales materials, create presentation slides, and promote services across social media. Reporting & KPI Tracking: Report new business pipeline, tender progress, and sales activity to the Managing Director. Work towards achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): New business development activity, including emails and calls. Social media engagement and activity. Client meetings and site visits. Sales target achievement. Tender success rate. Essential Requirements: Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years of business development or sales experience, ideally within the Irish hospitality or contract catering sector. Skills: Exceptional written and oral communication, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and a keen interest in food trends. Knowledge of the ETenders platform is essential. Other Requirements: Full clean driving licence and access to a car, as travel across the Republic of Ireland is required. Why Join Us?
