Sales Executive (Corporate Services) We are currently seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Sales Executive to join our client's team located in Dublin 1. As the Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate new leads and nurture prospects throughout the sales cycle, expanding their customer base for career guidance and testing services. Salary and Benefits: Base salary of €40,000 - €45,000 DOE Uncapped Commission Central location Hybrid working arrangements Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships in corporate services team Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and career coaches Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction Monitor industry trends and competitors Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote their services effectively Take ownership of sales targets and lead efforts to achieve and surpass them Develop and implement a sales strategy Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
