ProSource are currently seeking an Electrical Estimator on behalf of a well established and renowned M&E contractor based in Dublin. Position: In the role of Electrical Estimator, you'll be pivotal to project success, providing accurate cost estimates for electrical systems in a timely manner. Collaborating closely with project management and engineering teams, you'll ensure cost efficiency and adherence to budget constraints, shaping the trajectory of our company's projects. Responsibilities: Develop detailed and precise cost estimates for electrical projects. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather project requirements. Oversee the entire bid process, from assessing tender documents to submitting competitive bids. Conduct cost analysis and implement value engineering to optimize project budgets. Maintain thorough documentation of estimates and methodologies. Participate in negotiations with suppliers, subcontractors, and partners. Requirements: Preferably hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Possess a proven track record of at least 3 years as an Electrical Estimator in construction or engineering. Proficient in relevant estimation tools and familiar with applicable software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical and organizational abilities. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. Package: Salary range: €50,000 - €55,000 annually. Comprehensive Benefits including Pension Scheme.
