The major aspects of the proposal are as follows:Proposed street extension off Angler Drive;37 lots proposed;Total of 56 dwelling units consisting of a mix of single unit and two-unit dwellings;6886 square metres of common open space;Non-disturbance area proposed along rear portion of several lots.A public hearing will be held by Halifax and West Community Council on June 11, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at Halifax City Hall (Council Chamber), 1841 Argyle Street, Halifax, NS.All oral and written submissions will be considered at that time. Written submissions are welcomed and encouraged in advance of the hearing itself. These submissions are distributed to all Councillors and considered at the time of their decision.
