Graphic Designer

Job Title: Graphic Designer Experience: 2 - 4 Years Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer with 2-4 years of experience in both print and digital design. The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic ability, a passion for creativity, and proficiency in industry-standard design software. You will work collaboratively within a team, bringing innovative ideas to life and contributing to high-impact projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Create and design print and digital materials, including advertisements, e-marketing designs, and more.
• Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts that meet the project objectives.
• Ensure all designs align with the brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Work closely with the Associate Lead Communication Design and other team members to deliver high-quality design work on time.
• Critically evaluate and improve existing designs to enhance their effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; experience with Premiere and After Effects is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing print and digital advertising, as well as e-marketing designs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
