Our team has an immediate permanent opening for an Engineering Director.Responsibilities:Insight the web engine and web app framework tech trend.Identify the key technologies, and lead team to research and implement PoCs.Lead Canada research team to collaborate with the engineering team for production.What you'll bring to the team:Good communications and presentation skills.Leadership skills to build coherence in software development teams.Leadership skills to create and communicate architecture vision and targets.Deep and wide technologies in Web area, especially for web engine/core, front end framework architecture, Web performance, Web standards, etc.Experienced in development of one of popular web engines, e.g. Blink/V8/Webkit, etc.Experienced in the new Web technologies, like WASM, WebXR, etc.Experienced in architecture of framework, like Angular, React, Vue, etc.Software production experience in CE device is an asset.Good knowledge of Android or iOS is an asset.
