Corporate Security Analyst

What you’ll do The role purpose is to support operational implementation and execution of Business Continuity policy controls and BCM lifecycle, as well as Crisis Management activities and exercises, ensuring that the Organization complies with Group Policies and its detail requirements. Key accountabilities include: Ensure the implementation of Business Continuity and Crisis Management policy controls and BCM lifecycle, involving the organization's most critical people, activities, processes and infrastructure. Conduct crisis exercises in order to test the organization's responsiveness and readiness. Manage alternative contacts list, supporting all necessary changes and tests to ensure Crisis Management contact availability. Monitor Crisis Management mailbox and analyze all the relevant incidents concerning outages or network and IT disruption, alerting necessary stakeholders. Ensure the activities related to Corporate Security Baseline Controls evidence, to demonstrate BCM&CM Policy Organization compliance. Who you are University degree or equivalent. Experience in business continuity lifecycle, crisis management activities and control assurance field. Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders, including external suppliers, auditors, contractors and senior management. Critical thinking, problem solving, detail-oriented and proactive. Organized and resilient with ability to work effectively in crisis incidents. Business and process knowledge, in particular to Corporate security policies and standards. Knowledge in general of Information Security and Telecommunications.
