We have more than 400 employees working in our various business segments such as Airport systems, Logistics and Customer Support in the Middle East.Job DescriptionThe position requires pro-active Sales Project Leads within Logistics business (e.g. automation projects for warehouse and distribution and CEP). It requires systematic communication with the existing and new customers as well as finding new Sales opportunities with the objective to maintain a successful sales pipeline.The Sales Manager systematically communicates with colleagues in headquarters in Europe and is responsible for successful business segment development.KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIESLead the complex sales processes within the business areaPro-active leads generation and assessment in terms of the company interestDevelop sales opportunities by researching and identifying accountsBid management and solution development together with the team to meet customer requirementsDeveloping and organizing pre-sales activities to grow the need in customer organizations for the company solutionsEstablishing and maintaining effective long-term relationshipsConduct regular meetings with customers and partners in order to increase the distribution of the company's solutions, using the skills of presentations and negotiationProvide customer technical support and consultant services to increase the company's overall value to the customerDeveloping pricing, working through the psychological aspects of price negotiations, defining forms of paymentsCoordinating activities with headquarters in Europe including communication, performance, etc.Overseeing and developing business plans and commercial terms of negotiated agreements, contracts and agreements in accordance with the company policyEstimating the degree of potential riskPrepare sales forecasts and other data to support budgeting processesStudying the market, market volume, implementation of reporting and planningQualificationsMinimum 3 years' experience in comprehensive automated solutions sales.Experience in material handling or systems integration industry. Preferred experience in warehouse automation projects.Additionally,Understanding of Warehouse & Distribution and CEP processesSales & Business DevelopmentAwareness of contract terms and conditions / Incoterms / Commercial and business modelsFinancial/business senseBid managementDeep technical understanding of automated equipment (e.g. capacity, layouts, redundancy). Ability to lead the technical solution in the best interest of potential customersKnowledge of different conveying and sortation technologiesPreferred existing network within the industryFluent in English. A second language such as German/Danish is preferred
