aG Resources is looking for a Junior Accountant for our reputable client in Dubai.Nationality: UAE local/EmiratiRequirements:Graduate in Accounting/Finance or equivalentUAE Local candidates1-2 years of experience in real estate as an accountant is requiredJob Description:Manage the finances and provide accurate and timely financial informationMaintain the Financial Accounts on a day-to-day basis without any backlog in an accurate mannerProvide the Management with Financial Information from time to timeEnsure all the assets of the company are safeguarded properlyEnsure appropriate Insurance Cover for all the assetsPrepare and present the Monthly Financial Statements on or before 7th of every monthEnsure both accurate and timely presentation of financial statementsHandle all the Commercial, legal and statutory requirements of the CompanyEnsure timely payment of all dues to Suppliers, Vendors, Contractors, Brokers, Property Owners, etc.Ensure timely collection of all dues from Tenants and provide the weekly receivables statement with ageing analysis to the Leasing AdministratorClosely monitor the collection from tenants on bounced cheques and ensure timely legal actionImplement cost consciousness across the entire CompanyOversee the General Administration function of the CompanyActively participate in the Corporate Governance and ensure strict compliance with Policies and Procedures at all levels in the organizationRepresent the interests of the Owners and be the "whistle blower" of the companyMotivate the employees and ensure that they give their best at all times
