Product Graphic Designer

Position Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Designer to join our team and work on Licensed products like Apparel, mugs, phone cases, notebooks, earbud cases, coasters, and collectibles. You will support the design department at a retail company based in the US. As a Designer, you will play a vital role in supporting the design team by creating presentations, tech packs, and files for production, managing product data, and organizing visual assets. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design/Product Design or related field.
• Proven experience with consumer goods tech packs.
• Ability to create tech packs with a strong understanding of product printing processes.
• Prior experience with licensed brands and licensed products.
• Previous experience working with mugs, phone cases, notebooks, earbud cases, coasters, and collectible tech packs is highly desirable.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative and team-oriented approach.
• Previous experience working B2B, with startup companies, and American clients.
• Professional English level.

• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with file management and organization systems.
• Can accurately create product tech packs for different consumer goods and packaging and printing tech packs for non-licensed and licensed products. Reduce print colors and create print patterns according to the factory and license guidelines.
• Strong understanding of brand licensing guidelines and regulations.
• Strong technical knowledge of product production, including printing techniques, packaging rules, and product materials and processes.

• Accurately upload information from various sources into the company's platform.
