A global trade solutions company is looking for an HR Specialist. The selected candidate will provide professional advice on people-related matters, manage systems, and support strategic workforce planning. Responsibilities
- Provide sound advice to management on employee matters
- Support strategic workforce planning initiatives with high-quality analysis
- Manage local and regional projects using effective project management skills
- Analyse business issues, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions
- Maintain expert knowledge on labor-related legislation and trends
- Communicate people policies and drive employee engagement
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- More than 3 years of experience
- Experience in general HR, people engagement, and management
- Understanding of labor legislation or employment laws
- Familiarity with technology or applications (Workday or any HR Management Systems)
- Proficient in MS Excel and Power BI is a plus
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Japanese
