The Role: Internal Auditor, PLC, Dublin City Centre Our client is a gloablly recognised brand with continuous growth year on year. They are highly acquisitive in their nature and seeking to strengthen their Internal Audit team. It is an excellent opportunity to join a leading business and gain a deep understanding of how they operate with a progressive career path into a wide range of areas within the business in the long term. Responsibilities: Working as part of the Global Internal Audit team, this is a highly interactive role dealing with multiple stakeholders and creating effective partnerships. Specific duties will include:
- Perform internal audit reviews and communicate findings
- Review risk management and framework
- Provide information and supporting documents to Management
- Identify and recommend areas for improvement
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of accounting, financial, and operational controls
- Strategic involvement in the Finance function
- Accountancy or Internal Audit Qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA/CIA)
- Ideally Big 4 trained with industry audit experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to travel up to 30% of time
