TheAssurance Group()is looking for the right person to fill a consultive health andlife insurance rep position. The ideal candidate is one who canbring to the table the right mix of work ethic and integrity, andwho enjoys the idea of a career that centers around helpingpeople.Althoughexperienced insurance agents are welcome to apply,no experience isnecessary. In fact, inmany cases we prefer to work with people coming from otherindustries.Itmight seem strange that a company specializing in various financialservices would be looking outside of"experienced" reps, but weve found so muchsuccess taking people from other industries likebartenders, servers,teachers, healthcare workers, and even formermilitary, and trainingthem to represent our products (life, health, and fixed indexannuities) that weve decided to lean hard in thatdirection.JobOffers:Freshleads available at *no cost* to theagentInhouse appointmentsettersLargecarrier line-up through ourNMOFreedomto set and manage your ownhoursExtremelythorough free training and ongoing real-timesupportFriendly& helpful salescommunity*Pleasenote that while all leads and training are provided at no cost,this is a 100% commission 1099 role that has a pathway to W2. Weinvest heavily in new agents, but there is no base salary. Also,although we operate from a home office, we do ultimately meetclients in person for our appointments.
