As a Banquet Operations Manager for ConradDubai, you are responsible for managing all aspects of Conferenceand Banqueting operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Memberexperience. A Conference and Banquet Operations Manager will alsobe required to optimise sales and provide leadership to the team toensure department targets are met. Specifically, you will beresponsible for performing the following tasks to the higheststandards: Manage allConference and Banqueting operationsMaintainexceptional levels of customer serviceEnsurecompliance of brand standardsEvaluate guestsatisfaction levels with a focus on continuousimprovementAware of trends and propose ideasto build the range and quality of Conference andBanquetOptimise sales and contain costs,identifying any areas for actionSet achievablebudgets and other short- and long-term functionalgoalsProvide effective leadership to theConference and Banquet teams to ensure targets are met and exceededboth for the hotel and individualdevelopment INT
