Stock Control: Implement efficientstock control procedures to monitor and maintain inventorylevels.Inventory Management: Utilizeanalytical skills to assess inventory needs and develop strategiesfor inventory optimization.Supply ChainManagement: Coordinate closely with internal teams and externalsuppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery ofgoods.Data Analysis: Utilize analytical toolsto analyze inventory data and identify trends, discrepancies, andopportunities for improvement.Reporting:Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movement, andother key performance indicators.QualityAssurance: Ensure that all inventory management processes complywith quality standards and regulatoryrequirements.Team Collaboration: Collaborateeffectively with cross-functional teams to addressinventory-related challenges and achieve organizationalgoals.Training and Development: Provideguidance and training to junior staff members to enhance theirinventory management skills.ContinuousImprovement: Continuously evaluate inventory management processesand implement enhancements to optimize efficiency andaccuracy.Compliance: Ensure compliance withcompany policies, procedures, and regulatoryguidelines.Qualifications:Minimum 10 years of experience in theWaterproofing Industry, with a strong background in inventorycontrol and management.Proficiency in Arabiclanguage is mandatory.Possession of a validdriving license and own car, with the ability to manage operationsin both Abu Dhabi and Dubai offices.Stronganalytical skills and the ability to interpret complexdata.Excellent communication and interpersonalskills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internaland external stakeholders.Proven track recordof implementing inventory management best practices and drivingprocess improvements.Attention to detail and acommitment to accuracy in inventory tracking andreporting.
