To provide leadership on the design,operational delivery, and enhancement of collaborativecomprehensive cancer care services in line with organizationalstandards, goals, and regulatoryrequirements.The director of operations isresponsible for the leadership and development of ahigh-performance multidisciplinary cancer program team thatdelivers excellence in cancer care with a focus on evidence-basedpractice, patient experience, and clinicaloutcomes.The main purpose of the job is toeffectively and efficiently execute the operational strategy andsustainably grow and develop the cancer program in line within theregulatory framework, clinical standards, budget, and strategicdirection of the organization.Expertcontribution to the design and planning of the hospital to meetoperational functions, and organizational priorities with a focuson seamless workflows that simultaneously prioritize best clinicalpractice and patient experienceDevelopment ofpatient, clinical, administrative, and operationalworkflows.
