Take fullownership of the team handling the daily processing of outgoing andincoming payments including manual single batch SWIFT and thirdparty paymentprovidersEnsuresall payments are handled within internal / external rules &standards internal / external cutoff times and internal productrequirementsEnsureadherence to the Bank s payments relatedpoliciesInstalla culture of controls where all critical processes are checked andmeasured on a dailybasisOverseedaily system monitoring third party invoicing and settlements andall relevantreconciliationsContinuegrowing the internal chargeback and fraud managementfunctionResponsibleof the Bank s relationships with all related third partiesincluding EBA SWIFT Correspondent banks and third party paymentprovidersTogetherwith the CCOO ensure resilience of processes by suggestingimprovements and establishing new systems and / orrelationshipsManageinternal relationships with other operational departments includingSales Collections and Cards in relation to payments operationalmattersPerformanalysis and propose improvements to current work practices with afocus on systemautomationWorkclosely with the Project Management team for all related paymentsprojects as project sponsor andsubjectexpertWorkclosely with the Bank s compliance department to ensure adherencewith all relevant laws andregulationsTakeownership of all related documentation including related Terms andConditions Internal Policies and Procedures Internal OperationalGuides and External UserGuidesKeepadjourned with industry standards especially in relation to countryspecific Payment Behaviour and Card SchemeMandates INT
