We share knowledge and experience tocomplement our clients existing capabilities which propels them tothe next level of portfolio delivery. This isan exciting opportunity to work within a highgrowth team where youwill play a key role in developing and delivering strategybasedprojects to clients in the Government and Public Sector in theMiddle East. We focus on helping solve client problems by offeringboth strategic and operational expertise. Youwill be part of PwCs G&PS Project Management Office teaminteracting with industry professionals and experts who will helpyou build and deploy the strong project management skills requiredto be part of largescale nationwide transformation initiatives. Youwill be exposed to the PwC proprietary methodologies and toolsbuilt from experiences from numerous prior engagements and leadingpractices to enable you to efficiently and effectively deliver toour clients in a timely and reliable manner. Responsibilities: Manage and run a wide variety of projects for our clientsin the Government and Public Sector in the Middle East Maintain mechanisms to manage change control risks andissues within specific projects Identifyproject objectives policies procedures and performance standards Document any business requirements forspecific initiatives/projects Organize theactivities of specific project areas Monitorproject budgets and prepare regular status reports Evaluate project outcomes in terms of quality consistencyaccuracy overall value completion dates and provider performance Ensure the recording and maintenance of aproject database containing all related information (e.g. datadocuments reports etc.) Lead knowledgebuilding and sharing using knowledge management methodologiestechniques and processes Coordinate withothers to utilise learning and development tools and techniques toanalyse identify and communicate requirements for change Understand the Voice of the Client and gain adeep understanding of the clients issues to facilitate the rightconnections with PwCs practice groups Collaborate across the PwC global network to identify anddrive sales opportunities build a strong pipeline with a One Firmapproach and facilitate the closing of sales opportunities Support on pursuits and proposals accountmanagement marketing and communications client feedback andoperations. Requirements The ideal candidate will have: The ability to lead multipleprojects Leadership skills to engage withdiverse stakeholders 6 10 years of experiencein a similar role out of which a minimum of 2 years of experiencein a PMO preferably within the Government and Public Sector Familiarity with best practices in PMOstructures and operating models Passion aboutclient service selfmotivated confident and strong work ethic Successful performance within teamenvironments and enjoy being part of a team Excellent organizational skills having the ability toprioritize workload whilst being resilient and being able to copewell under pressure and meeting tight deadlines Experience in overseeing and reporting progress oflargescale projects Knowledge/understandingof the Middle East Government and Public Sector including a deepunderstanding of global trends in the Government and Public Sector Experience of driving largescale change Skills in planning and reporting toolsincluding Microsoft Project Excel PowerPoint Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic(verbal and written) Proficiency inSalesforce is an advantage Proficiency inPowerBi and Alteryx is an advantage Education(if blank degree and/or field of study notspecified) Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications(if blank certifications not specified) RequiredSkills Optional Skills Desired Languages(If blank desired languages not specified) TravelRequirements Available for Work Visa Sponsorship Government Clearance Required JobPosting EndDateThis job hasbeen sourced from an external job board.More jobson INT
