Responsibilities:Compoundingand dispensing medications, as prescribed byphysicians.Monitoring customers'drug therapies, advising interventions, and informing customers ofany potential side effects.Instructingcustomers on how and when to take prescribedmedications.Conducting health and wellnessscreenings.Providing immunizations, and othermedical services, such as taking blood pressure, temperaturemeasurements, and checking blood sugarlevels.Keeping accurate customerrecords.Ensuring a safe and clean workingenvironment.Completing operationalrequirements of the pharmacy, including verifying order entries,maintaining records of controlled substances, charges, and removingexpired and/or damaged drugs from the pharmacy'sinventory.Adhering to applicable legal rules,regulations, and procedures governing pharmaceuticalpractice.Performing other administrative taskswhen needed.
