Ensure the shift adheres to boththe quality and quantity standards for final or sub-assembledproducts.Maintain operational efficiency andsafety by keeping machinery operational as per establishedprotocols.Implement maintenance strategies forautomatic assembly lines to minimize downtime and enhanceperformance.Promote a clean and orderlyenvironment, ensuring machinery and work areas meet safety andorganizational standards.Quickly andeffectively troubleshoot process issues to maintain continuousproduction.Train team members on basicmaintenance procedures and troubleshooting techniques for eachmachine component.Oversee the qualityplan's implementation for processes and products, ensuringcompliance with standards.Promptly report anyabnormalities or potential issues that could affect productionprocesses to management.Actively seekopportunities for process, machinery, and material improvements andparticipate in implementing feasible enhancements.Requirements- At least 3 years ofexperience in a similar role within the industry.A degree in Mechanical, Electrical,or Electronic Engineering, or a related technicalfield.Proficiency in maintaining automaticsmall component manufacturing lines.Priorproduction management experience isbeneficial.Knowledge of pneumatic systems,sensors, and fiber optics is anadvantage.
