Description:Toeffectively perform in this role requires:Experience with Solidworks forelectrical design.Working knowledge ofelectrical circuits and wiringdiagramsDetailed technical interaction withmechanical designers, sales, vendors, manufacturing, and customersto define all requirements of a control system to meet the intendedequipment performance and customerrequirements.The detailed specification ofelectrical components andcircuitry.Development of electrical schematicsdetailing all aspects of the controlsystem.Defining component layout withinenclosures and labeling requirements.Creationand maintenance of bill ofmaterials.Willingness to complete other dutiesas assigned.Qualifications:Demonstrated application ofengineering principlesExperience in controlsystem design for industrialequipment.Proficiency with AutoCAD, AutoCADElectrical, and / or EPLAN.Experience with PLCprogramming, C# preferred.Experience in HMIand PC configurationExperience with PIDprocess control and monitoringExperiencetroubleshooting and de-bugging hardware andsoftware.Experience with ERP systems,preferably SAP.Experience with variablefrequency drives.Proficiency in MicrosoftOfficeExcellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.Skills:Solidworks,Electrical design, electronics manufacturing, electrical,electrical manufacturing, aerospace, wiring diagram,schematicsAdditional Skills& Qualifications:5-10 years of experience withSolidworks ElectricalMust be able toaccurately generate engineering and technical drawings with minimalinput using CADPossess the ability to work inseveral directions simultaneouslyPriorexperience in or knowledge of manufacturing and fabricationprocesses.Prior experience in aerospace anddefense manufacturingExperienceLevel:IntermediateLevelAboutActalentActalent is a globalleader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.We help visionary companies advance their engineering and scienceinitiatives through access to specialized experts who drive scale,innovation and speed to market.
