Act as key interfaceand focal point between DP and all approved fabrication servicecontractors. Managing the daily onshorefabrication requirements for DPE with the approved fabricationcontractors. Administrate logistics related totransport receipt and delivery of materials and fabrications tonominated locations. Coordinate fullInspection checks Welding Dimension & Painting on mostdelivered projects review radiographs including 3rd partycertification agencies and independent competent bodies.Monitor and report on performance of materialsand fabrication service providers to DPE standards and adherence toagreed schedules. Organize & Leadannual external audits with regards to approved/contractedfabricators and prequalification audits for prospective additionalfabrication companies. Reviewing invoicescompliance to Service agreement or Tenders. Create purchase/release order(s) for approval for the final payment to theapproved fabricators. Monitor and report onmonthly costs of issued fabrication purchase orders to financialdepartment & relevant Project Engineer.Ensure fabrication activities are planned andexecuted to meet the requirements of the installation programme.Monitor onshore fabrication activitiesensuring compliance to DPE standards and if necessary takecorrective action to ensure quality and performance are notcompromised. Work closely with theConstruction Team Lead & Group Logistics and AssetOperations to facilitate the timely shipping of completedfabrications. Support Construction Team Leadwith constructability reviews.
