We are seeking an experienced General Manager of Operations to oversee the comprehensive operations of our retail outlets in the South Region, specifically in DHA Phase 5, Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the retail FMCG industry, with a proven track record of driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, managing teams, and implementing strategic growth initiatives. The candidate should ideally be between the ages of 45 to 60 to fit our desired profile.TasksSystems Management:Develop and implement efficient operational systems. Ensure all systems are aligned with company goals and continuously improved for better productivity.Google Sheets and Excel (Advanced):Utilize Google Sheets and Excel for advanced data tracking, analysis, and reporting. Ensure data accuracy and accessibility for relevant stakeholders.Meetings:Schedule and lead regular meetings to align teams with company objectives. Facilitate effective communication and decision-making processes.Training & Development (T&D):Design and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives.Research & Development (R&D):Drive R&D activities to explore new product opportunities and market trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to market.Growth Strategy (Growth Map):Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue. Monitor and analyze market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.Sales Boost:Implement strategies to drive sales and improve overall performance. Conduct regular sales analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.Sales Analysis:Regularly analyze sales data to understand performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations based on sales analysis.Strategic Planning and Idea Generation:Formulate and execute strategic plans to achieve long-term business objectives. Encourage and manage the ideation process to foster innovation.Cost Control:Implement cost-control measures to optimize operational budgets. Monitor expenses and implement corrective actions as needed.Customer Complaints Management:Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Implement systems to minimize future complaints.Presentation and Reporting (PPT Presentations):Prepare and deliver comprehensive PPT presentations for various stakeholders. Ensure all reports and presentations are clear, accurate, and informative.Audit and Compliance:Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Address any discrepancies or issues identified during audits.Rewards & Recognition (R&R):Develop and manage R&R programs to motivate and retain top talent. Recognize and reward outstanding performance.Innovation and Knowledge Exchange (K.E.):Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across teams.Objective and Key Results (OKRs):Set and monitor OKRs to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Regularly review and adjust OKRs based on performance and feedback.KPI Management:Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success. Implement strategies to achieve and exceed KPI targets.Requirements
