Overview:

As the Country Manager for the region of Pakistan, you will be at the helm of our Uni Application Portal's strategic expansion and operational excellence within the higher education sector. Your role will be pivotal in driving growth, enhancing our brand presence, and establishing strong networks across Pakistan. With a focus on international student recruitment, you will innovate and implement business strategies that align with our overarching goals, ensuring UAP becomes the go-to portal for university applications.

Strategic Responsibilities:

Visionary Leadership and Strategic Growth:

Craft and execute a forward-looking strategy to expand our footprint in the Pakistani market, in strict alignment with UAP's global mission, vision, and strategic goals.

Achieve ambitious targets for new student enrolments and net sales value by leading the regional team with innovative solutions and a results-driven approach.

Market Development and Relationship Cultivation:

Spearhead market analysis and business development efforts to identify new opportunities within the education sector, enhancing revenue and fostering growth.

Build and strengthen relationships with education agents, universities, and direct recruitment channels, becoming the preferred platform for student applications to higher education institutions.

Sales Innovation and Marketing Leadership:

Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to elevate UAP's brand and attract potential students through various channels.

Organise and engage in high-impact events such as recruitment fairs, seminars, and presentations to raise UAP's profile and connect with our target audience.

Operational Excellence and Culture Development:

Development and maintenance of a high-performing team dedicated to global student recruitment services, focusing on fostering a collaborative and supportive environment that aligns with UAP's values and objectives.

Ensure efficient management of financial resources for operations in Pakistan, setting and monitoring budgets, and implementing strategies to optimise financial performance and achieve organisational goals.

Brand Promotion and Strategic Partnerships:

Act as UAP's brand ambassador, enhancing our value proposition and establishing the platform as the preferred choice among students and educational institutions.

Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry players, including educational agents and universities worldwide, to secure new contracts and collaborations.

Insight-Driven Product Management:

Lead the gathering of market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

Drive product development and training, ensuring our offerings meet the evolving needs of the market and our strategies are informed by in-depth insights and analytics.

Student Advisory and Support Services:

Provide comprehensive advisory and support services to students throughout their application and enrolment processes, enhancing their experience with UAP.

Design and implement targeted commercial strategies to streamline communication and ensure the effective execution of UAP's services.

Enhanced B2B and B2C Strategic Integration:

Develop and implement a dual-focused strategy that not only strengthens B2B relationships with educational agents, universities, to enhance student recruitment channels but also directly engages with prospective students (B2C) to elevate their journey from awareness to enrolment.

Travel and Network Expansion:

Regularly travel nationally to promote UAP's services, expand our network of educational agents, and engage directly with prospective students and partners.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in international student recruitment and higher education, with a strong preference for candidates with direct experience in the Pakistani market.

Demonstrated success in strategic planning, business development, and achieving growth targets in a competitive environment.

Exceptional leadership abilities, with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams to achieve exceptional results.

Outstanding relationship-building skills and an extensive network of contacts within the education sector.

Willingness to travel extensively and represent UAP at various industry events and engagements in Pakistan.
