The role reports directly to the Regional Business Head and has 9 people reporting directly into it with an extended team of 50 team members

What does Regional Sales Head do?

Build and sustain strong relationships with the Franchise Business Partners; which includes but not limited to marketing, sales, customer care, technology, digital etc.

Develop and maintain the succession pipeline of talent and business for your region

Engage employees in different team building activities to groom and motivate them. Coach and mentor team members as required and ensure resolution of any issues, assign tasks efficiently and develop them for future growth

Review regional targets received from the management and segregate them amongst the sales team to ensure franchises and retail network timely achieve it. Brief the Sales team & franchises about guidelines to achieve sales targets and monitor sales progress on daily basis

Ensure product visibility and channel incentivization as per defined SOPs; analyze market trends and competitor's strategies/initiatives

Ensure compliance with all distribution KPIs; Directs retailers and franchisers to maintain adequate product float and review related reports of each retailer; oversee and verify availability and functionality of bio-metric machines.

Represent the organization on different forums within the region; ensure products are appropriately branded at public events by creating awareness of new products/services.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Regional Sales Head?

Proven track record of high achievement, preferably in Sales Management and Distribution

Channel Development and Extensive knowledge of Products and Services.

Strong Leadership & Analytical skills and Experience of leading large teams.
