Monitor and analyze employee feedback to identify areas for improvement Develop and implement employee engagement activities:/
Job Responsibilities:
a-Create and maintain employee records, including tracking employee performance and training attendance.
b-Any other duties, which may be assigned to you from time to time as directed by Management.
Job Requirements:
a-At least 3 years' experience as HR & Training Executive
b-College degree - essential
c-Has worked in a multi-cultural environment
