We work with outsourced factories to ensure our designs come to life with precision and excellence.**Job Description:**We are seeking an experienced Diamond Jewelry Manager to oversee quality assurance, production planning and control (PPC), and ensure timely delivery of our products. This role is critical in maintaining our high standards and efficient production schedules.**Responsibilities:**- Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure all diamond jewelry meets the highest standards.- Manage production planning and control to ensure efficient and timely production schedules.- Coordinate with outsourced factories to ensure timely production and delivery of diamond jewelry.- Conduct regular inspections and audits of products and production facilities, focusing on diamond quality and settings.- Optimize production workflows and manage inventory levels of diamonds and settings.- Maintain inventory levels and manage supply chain logistics specific to diamond jewelry.- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to resolve any issues.**Requirements:**- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the diamond jewelry industry, with a focus on quality assurance and production planning.- Proven experience in production planning and control for diamond jewelry.- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.**Why Join Us:**- Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company.- Be part of a team dedicated to creating high-quality diamond jewelry.- Competitive salary and benefits package.**Qualifying Questions:**1.
