Job Title: Internal Auditor Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Timely Issuance of Audit Report for compliance 2. Portfolio Performance: 60% branches in the 'A' category & 40% branches in the 'B' category or (Average Audit Rating >92%) 3. Customer outreach through Virtual Audit (Tele Calling/ Document verification/others) (Average 20 Customers per Day/30 documents per day) 4. Special Assignments, Training and Punararambh etc., like 5. Process improvements & risk mitigation in assigned tasks 6. Provide refresher training to field staff, 7. Fraud and Legal Cases Follow-Up. 8. Self-Learning as per KPIs Skills Required: 1. MS-Excel ( Advanced Level) 2. Excellent Communication Skills 3. Minimum 3+ years of experience in MFI/NBFC industry. 4. Post Graduate candidates are preferred PRB
