The Customer Relations Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns, and providing exceptional customer service. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the development and implementation of customer retention strategies. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesCustomer-centric mindset and ability to empathize with customer needsDetail-oriented and organizedAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyProficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and softwarePrevious experience in customer service or related roles is preferredBachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is a plusFluency in multiple languages is a plus PRB
