Their services include engineering, installation, maintenance, support, and digital solutions.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Machine Shop located in Indapur(Maharashtra).Candidate should have Experience in handling Machine shop (Grinding, polishing, Turning) maintenance Preferably in Power train / crank shaft independently. should be in transmission Machine shop / CNC Grinding machine shop / CNC Machine building. 1. Exposure to Grinding / Polishing / Induction hardening/ Tempering machine maintenance 2. Exposure in dealing with systems Fanuc 0 i ,18 i / Siemens 840D, 828D CNC systems. 3. Siemens PLC S7-200 and Messung system. 4.Clear understanding on Breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance, predictive maintenance and measuring parameters like MTBF, MTTR and OEE and implement the same. 5. Exposure of PLC programming & Modification 6. Fanuc, Siemens CNC Maintenance, trouble shooting , backup, programming , parameterisation, drive, hardware replacement 7. Read and write electrical drawing 8. Able to know about induction hardening , tempering process. 9.Good understanding on analytical skill, problem solving techniques.QualificationsDiploma / BE Electrical/Electronics - 5+ Years experience.Experience in equipment maintenance, maintenance engineering, and maintenance & repairKnowledge of preventive maintenance techniquesStrong Mechanical / Electrical maintenance skillsCTC Range - 5 LPAInterested candidate can apply APPLY NOW!!
