We are looking for Engineering Manager (Plant & Utility) for our Pharma API &intermediates manufacturing facility near Bavla, Ahmedabad :Experience: 7+ years Education: B.E/ B.Tech (Mechanical) Job Location: Gangad village (Near Bavla, Ahmedabad)Roles and Responsibilities:1. Handling Operations & Maintenance activities for all Plant Equipment andUtilities.2. Accountable for trouble free Operation and maintenance of SS and GLReactors, ANFD, Dryers, Centrifuges, Utility equipment Like Air compressor,Chiller, Boiler, Cooling towers, Utility pumping system, RO plants, ETP and MEEplants.3. Liaison with all Government bodies like GPCB, Boiler Inspector and FactoryInspector to maintain compliance to all rules and regulations and keep dailyoperations and maintenance logs and records. Overseeing strict adherence tocGMP and Environment Health and Safety Regulations.4. Charting several safety measures for minimizing occurrence of safety incidentsand maintaining conceptual documents through monthly safety meeting5. Responsible for the breakdowns, Preventive maintenance as per schedule andnecessary technical modifications in equipment of Utility & Process equipmentCandidate Profile:1. The candidate should be from Pharma Industry only, having exposure toworking in API and Intermediates manufacturing facility.2.
