Bench Sales Recruiter:Salary: Base + Placement incentiveLocation : Madhapur, HyderabadRequirement:Bachelor's degree with minimum 2-5 years of experience in Bench Sales, IT knowledge is a plus.Responsibilities: Must be willing to work on the night-shift (U.S. hours)Communicating with Clients, vendors and consultants, search appropriate resumes from job portals, rate negotiation and meet targets.Well Versed with Marketing Bench Consultants.Requirements from Prime Vendors, Vendors, Clients etc, to Submitting the Bench Consultants, Negotiating the best Rates, Following up on Interview Schedules & Placing the Consultants at best deals.Experience in working with OPT/CPT, H1B, EAD, Green Card & US citizens.Regular interaction and Follow-up with Bench Consultants and identifying their needs and getting them in to projects accordingly.Having a good Database & Rapport with Tire1 Vendors, Vendors & clients.Expert in Job Portal and other networking Methods.Ability to do H1 Transfers.Must have Excellent Communication Skills (Both Oral & Written).Must be a good team player and result driven If you are interested please send below mentioned details along with your resume to nikhild@astirit.comCurrent Company:Notice Period:Current CTC:Expected CTC: ThanksNikhil PRB
