The SMB vertical delivers comprehensive services across the digital advertising spectrum, including platforms such as Google, Meta, and various publishers, ensuring our clients reach their target audiences with precision and impact. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Programmatic Campaign Manager to join our SMB team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programmatic advertising, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive campaign performance, optimize media spend, and deliver measurable results for our SMB clients.Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic campaigns across various DSPs, including DV360, Amazon DSP, and others.Develop and implement data-driven strategies to meet client objectives and KPIs.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making recommendations for optimization to improve ROI and achieve client goals.Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, creative, and analytics, to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery.Manage client relationships, providing regular updates, insights, and performance reports.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in programmatic advertising.Provide training and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.Conduct post-campaign analysis to identify key learnings and areas for improvement.Manage campaign budgets, ensuring effective pacing and allocation of media spend.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, with a focus on campaign management.Proficiency in using DSPs such as DV360, Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, and others.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.Experience working with small and medium businesses (SMBs) is preferred.Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Familiarity with ad serving platforms (e.g., CM360, Sizmek), verification tools (e.g., DoubleVerify, IAS), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
