Good understanding of AD environment with multiple sites and distributed geographical locations.Having good exposure on troubleshooting of AD replication, DNS, DHCP issuesKnowledge /experience on AD user migration process and its related tools (Quest Migration manager /ADMT or similar tool).Analyze and perform RCA for critical incidentsGoods hands on experience in creating, applying and troubleshooting group policies.Hands on experience in Server Deployment and Server migrationsTroubleshoot and resolve Windows server related issues with Root cause analysis.Troubleshooting Hardware and Operating system related issues remotelyKnowledge on NTFS and File & Folder SecurityWorking Knowledge on server backup technologiesKnowledge on windows clusters is desirable.Having working knowledge on one ticketing tool and strong knowledge on ITIL concepts is expected.Strong knowledge on managing and troubleshooting server hardwareL3 experience on Active Directory Support, administration and troubleshootingGood experience on PowerShell.L3 experience on DNS and DFS.Having Knowledge on ADMT & Quest AD migration tool.
