Nextgen Technologies' consulting services enable enterprises to develop software faster, with lower costs and no risk.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter at Nextgen Technologies Inc located in Vadodara. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the bench of consultants, prospecting and generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and managing the end-to-end sales process. You will collaborate with internal teams to identify potential opportunities and ensure the successful placement of consultants with clients.Responsibilities:Maintaining good relationship with all bench consultants by communicating regularly about their requirements.Maintaining good relationship with all the placed consultants by communicating regularly and solving or addressing their problems.Track the submissions and make regular follow-ups with team members to make sure they meet their weekly & monthly targets.Maintain the database of bench consultants and keep up to date reports for weekly review.Keep track of candidates roll off time (at least 3-4 weeks ahead of their project end date) and get their updated resume ready to market & make sure they have a job offer before their project end date.Responsible for getting new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.Interact with clients daily and identify staffing opportunities to fulfil.Get involved in the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to placing.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and identify opportunities for growth.QualificationsMinimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in US Bench Sales marketing.Proven experience in bench sales or IT staffing, preferably in the technology industryStrong understanding of the IT staffing market and industry trendsProficient in developing and maintaining client relationshipsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in business or a related fieldExperience with vendor management systems and applicant tracking systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work well in a team and independentlyHands on experience with end-to-end US staffing bench sales cycle including contract negotiations.Strong written and verbal Communication skills.Attention to detail and able to prioritize work depending on their urgency.Lead, mentor, guide bench sales team to make sure weekly & monthly KPIs are achieved.
