This role is in Credit Policy Team for Credit card product/Unsecured Loan , primary objective of the Credit team is reducing losses and growing good balances with the overall objectives of managing credit cost. Key responsibilities :Understanding the basic of Credit acquisition policy for sourcing of any new customer.Creation of Credit policy for new sourcing program through various channels ( Open Market/Partner based) for business growth.Evaluate existing Credit policies & process & recommend amendments in line with business goals & regulatory requirements.Liaising with analytic/IT team for creation for Pre-Qualified Dump as per policy & review the dump on regular basis.Keep reviewing the latest regulator guidelines & recommend/Update the policy guidelines in line with the same.Portfolio monitoring & analyzing the data on regular basis & take action to keep the loss numbers within the Risk appetite threshold.Effective Implementation of policy /process changes on BRE/LOS system. This include sharing requirement, performing UAT /PVT on system.Regularly interact with key stakeholders & update them on key trends of portfolio & policy changes. Skills required :Ability to work on large data sets.Good Understanding of Microsoft Excel/Power point (must)Knowledge of Analytics tools like SQL, R, Python ( Preferred)Risk (credit / investment, operational, industry and general economy related, others) identification, mitigation, and management.Banking products and proceduresStrong communication skills - verbal, and written (including report writing, presentations, etc) PRB
