Drive strategic decision-making by providing actionable insights derived from meticulous analysis, fostering financial transparency, and optimizing operational efficiency. As a Senior Director in our cash management organization, your leadership will be instrumental in strengthening our financial position and driving sustainable growth.Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead our finance function with a hands-on approach. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of finance operations, internal controls, treasury management, risk assessment, and statutory compliance.The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial principles, and a proven track record of driving financial growth and efficiency. This role requires extensive experience in reporting under various GAAP standards, SOX compliance, business planning, and cost control initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic leadership and direction to the finance team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to gather information and ensure accurate financial reporting.Time management, monitoring, and Leadership skills to handle a lean team to meet deadlines effectivelyOversee the development and implementation of robust internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safeguard company assets.Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and investment strategies, to optimize financial resources.Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate financial risks, ensuring resilience in a dynamic business environment.Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and reporting requirements, including IFRS and Indian GAAP, while staying abreast of regulatory changes.Develop and oversee budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights to support business planning and decision-making processes.Review data for GST returns, review of unutilized input creditManage audit processes, liaising with internal and external auditors to ensure timely completion and resolution of audit findings.Provide financial advisory and assurance services to senior management, supporting strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives.Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize business processes, drive continuous improvement in financial performance, and foster a culture of financial discipline and accountability.Minimum Requirements:Qualified CA with 18 - 20 years + relevant experience from Service IndustryMinimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in senior finance leadership roles, demonstrating a strong track record of success.Extensive experience in developing and implementing internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.Deep understanding of financial reporting standards (IFRS and Indian GAAP) and experience in managing complex financial reporting requirements.Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, drive performance and results, and foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and drive operational efficiencies.Excellent People Management skills are required to drive the business.Good to Have Skills and Experience:Experience in leading finance operations in a large setup and complex organizationHands-on experience with financial management software (e.g., SAP, BaaN, Oracle)Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.Experience in business strategy planning and implementation, with a focus on driving sustainable growth and profitability.Demonstrated ability to leverage technology and innovation to optimize finance processes and drive business transformation.Proven track record of building and nurturing high-performing teams, fostering talent development, and succession planning.
