Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Marketing Manager located in Kashipur. The Senior Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing team and achieving sales targets, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and managing customer relationships. They will identify business opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to provide customized solutions.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the textile industry(Yarns).Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skillsDemonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategiesExperience in managing client relationships and meeting sales targetsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of sales and marketing software and tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google AnalyticsBachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlinesExperience in leading and managing a sales and marketing team is a plusA passion for innovation and creativity in sales and marketing is a plus PRB
