Roles & Responsibilities:Responsible for establishing and monitoring process and process parameters for all production stagesResp for timely calibration of primary and secondary modules used in IV testerResponsible for creation of new recipe/process parameters as and when raw material, product and machine changesResponsible for monitoring process parameters at all stages in 3 shiftsEvaluation for new/ Alternate BOM development.Resp for SPC and process capability analysisResp for SPC and process capability analysisProfile Eligibility Criteria:Education: Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical4-6 Years of experience in solar PV module manufacturingShould be well versed with SAP or other tools. PRB
