Job Description:This role is only for hustlers having experience in Salesforce CRM.As a Senior Business Development Manager specializing in IT sales, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the IT sector. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives.Responsibilities:Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the IT sector, including but not limited to software solutions, cloud services, cybersecurity, and IT consulting.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries to understand their business needs and challenges.Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions to clients.Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to tailor solutions to meet client requirements and drive customer satisfaction.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential opportunities and threats, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics set by the company.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.10+ years of experience in IT sales, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.Deep understanding of the IT industry, including emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive landscape.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
