We hiring for TEMS +P2P candidates for Pune and Bangalore Location.Candidates should be ready for US Night Shifts.Candidates who can join Immediately or with 30 days notice period can apply.Key Skills : Telecom expense management, Procurement, PO, GR, Order management, Invoicing.Roles and Responsibility Purchase mobile devices, set up new mobile services, and make changes to existing mobile services in adherence to Company mobile policy * Assist with device setups and activations * Resolve mobile device issues via troubleshooting with End Users or with the Carriers as needed * Process all requests/resolve all issues within contracted SLA perimeters * Establish & Maintain beneficial relationships with clients, vendors, & team * Ensure Corporate standards are enforced and met at all times * Perform audits of mobile services * Perform account optimizations with the Carrier, or any necessary parties, to minimize Company spending * Maintain a relevant, up-to-date Work Level Instruction document with all the processes, contacts, and information related to the assigned client account * Pull monthly account reports across all mobile accounts/Carriers specific to that Client/Company and distribute to team or post to Sharepoint * Validating all hardware, software and service order requests according to business compliance (validation of approvals, capital requirements, configurations, order details) Submitting hardware, software and service ordersMonitoring submitted purchase orders until orders are fulfilledCommunicating estimated date of arrival to and order status to Requester and Receiver (e.g. via updating appropriate Asset Management databases)Ensure receipt confirmation on all hardware , software and service orders Ensure cost quotes are provided, when required. When appropriate submit and coordinate quote requestInterface with Service Management to manage customer numbers. PRB
