As a pivotal leader in this specialized role, you will take the lead in driving the effective configuration, implementation, and optimization of Workday Prism and reporting functionalities. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that Workday configurations align seamlessly with our business objectives, delivering an efficient and data-driven user experience. Your expertise in Workday Prism and reporting will play a critical role in achieving successful outcomes that significantly impact the robust configuration and overall effectiveness of our Workday solutions, thereby contributing to the continued success of our organization. We welcome candidates with proven expertise in Workday Prism and reporting to join us in shaping the future of our data-driven initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Workday Prism, Reporting Lead:Lead Workday Prism configuration and optimization byensuring effective utilization of its reporting and analytics capabilities.Develop and implement a comprehensive reporting strategy in alignment with organizational goals, leveraging Workday Prism.Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to understand reporting requirements and deliver impactful solutions.Conduct in-depth data analysis using Workday Prism to extract meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making.Provide training and support to end-users on utilizing Workday Prism and reporting tools effectively.Maintain thorough documentation of Workday Prism configurations, reporting strategies, and best practices.Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in Workday Prism configurations and reporting processes.Act as the primary point of contact for reporting-related issues, collaborating with support teams for timely resolution.Stay informed about the latest updates and enhancements in Workday Prism, ensuring the organization benefits from new features.What we are looking forRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.Proven experience (5+ years) as a Workday Prism, Reporting Lead, with a comprehensive understanding of Workday Prism configurations.Strong skills in data analysis, using Workday Prism to extract, transform, and analyze data for meaningful insights.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand and meet reporting requirements.Experience with custom reports: Advance, BIRT, Matrix, Composite, Dashboards.Proficient in creating and maintaining detailed documentation of Workday Prism configurations as well as strong understanding of calculated fields.Desired QualificationsWorkday Prism Certification or similar relevant certifications.Project management experience, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver reporting projects within scope and budget.Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, staying informed about the latest updates and enhancements in Workday Prism.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Previous experience providing training and support on Workday Prism and reporting tools.Ability to think innovatively and contribute to the improvement of reporting processes and user experience.What is in it for youCompetitive Benefit PackagePaid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More!Learning & Development OpportunitiesAnd moreIf you are a motivated and tech-savvy professional with a passion for leading and shaping how companies leverage Workday in transforming the People function, then apply and join us!
