Required - Project Manager (Construction)A leading real estate developer group of Ajmer (Rajasthan) requires Project Manager (Construction) for managing and supervision of the daily construction activities at project site. Key responsibilities includes establishing and enforcing proper methods, policies, principles, planning of ongoing projects within deadline and supervision of execution team.Key Responsibilities includes: A.To coordinate with product development team and consultants (Architect, MEP, Landscape, STP) for design and execution of project. B.Responsible for planning and execution of project within deadline C.Manage and Analyse Cost estimation, Vendor Contracts, Billing, Purchase, Store etc.D.Supervise daily operations and activities of the Construction team E.To effectively manage onsite construction teams and take on site decision with regular meetings with construction team. F.Keeping a proper track of the performance of construction team and maintaining their performance card. G.Reporting to MD and CEO with Daily progress reports. Minimum Eligibility:BE/ME in Civil engineering with minimum 5 years' experience and have completed 3-4 projects from initial stage to final stage. Knowledge of ERP/MIS reports, office management and superb leadership skills to manage team and decision making.
